Tina Louise (Vaughn) Whitehead Obituary

Tina Louise (Vaughn) Whitehead was born November 8, 1969 in Laurel County and departed this life Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at her residence in Annville at the age of 54. She was the daughter of Elizabeth “Sis” (Muncy) Vaughn and of the late Homer Vaughn Jr.

In addition to her mother, Tina is also survived by her husband Roy Whitehead of Annville and by four children, Austin Whitehead & Allison of Annville, Amy Cox of Richmond, Andrea “Andi” Hillard & Brandon of Barbourville and Amber Bingham & Tommy Brown of Annville. Other survivors are her two sisters, Diget Carey & Chris of Annville and Trina Lynch & Dustin of Annville. She was blessed with 10 grandchildren.

Other than her father, Tina was also preceded in death by her brother, Marty Dale Vaughn.

Tina was a member of the Green Hill Baptist Church and was a retired school teacher.

Funeral services were held 2:00 PM Sunday, July 7, 2024 at Lakes Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Morgan officiating. Burial followed in the Seals & Whitehead Cemetery.
