JCHS Culinary Students Open Student-Based Enterprise

 Generals Coffee & Cafe Education Mountain recently welcomed a new student-based enterprise. Opening Friday, October 8th, the Generals Coffee & Cafe kicked off without a hitch. Culinary II students run the cafe and offers fifteen menu items -- twelve of which are drinks and three are confectionary items. 
Generals Coffee & Cafe is open to teachers and staff from 7:30-8:00 A.M. and students from 1:30-3:00 P.M. on school days. 
None of this would be possible without the support of Megan Young and Tonia Craft, the leaders of the Family and Consumer Science department.
