Happy Thanksgiving and County Government Office Holiday Schedule

 I would like to take this opportunity to extend a Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! On behalf of the Fiscal Court, my staff, myself and my family, we wish you a very happy and blessed Thanksgiving season! This past year has been a tough one to say the least but we still have more to be thankful for than to complain about. I hope you have the best Thanksgiving ever and get to spend time with the ones you love.

 In order to give our employees time to spend with their friends and loved ones, many of our offices will be shut down for the Thanksgiving holiday. I would like to pass along the following schedule for (County Government offices and services.)

County Courthouse Administrative Offices, Including the County Judge Executive, County Clerk, PVA, Sheriff Property Tax Collections, and Solid Waste Billing Service. All Closed beginning Thursday November 28th. Will reopen for business on Monday December 2nd.

Jackson County Transfer Station will be closed on Thursday November 28th and Friday November 29th. The Transfer Station will be open on Saturday November 30th from 8-12.

There will be no curbside residential trash pickup by County Solid Waste Services on Thursday November 28th or Friday November 29th. We will resume pickup on Monday December 2nd.
