Patricia Ann Payne (Turner) Obituary

Patricia Ann Payne (Turner), age 72, passed away December 22, 2024, at her residence in 
Richmond, KY. She was born on August 27, 1952, in Richmond, KY to the late Crit Payne and 
Geneva (Dolly) Gentry Payne. Patricia worked for Dresser Industries until their closing and then
worked at the Artisan Center until retirement. She loved helping others and cooking. She was a 
great cook. She also enjoyed boating on the water. She was of the Baptist Faith.
In addition to her parents Patricia was preceded in death by one son, Michael Shane Turner,
three brothers George (PI Joe) Payne, Charles (Peanut) Payne and Robert (Bobby) Payne, one
sister, Betty Payne, one niece Sherry Hobbs and one nephew, Richard Payne.
She is survived by her partner Vinson Truett of Richmond, one brother, Billy Payne of Sand Gap
and a sister-in-law, Yvonne Payne.

Graveside Services were held at 1:30, Thursday, December 26, 2024, at Madison County Memorial
Gardens with Bro. Dwight Northern officiating. Pallbearers will be Gary Payne, David Payne, BJ
Payne and John Payne. Visitation will be from 12:00 -1:00 pm at Davis and Powell Funeral
Home.
