Robert Shawn Truett Obituary

Robert Shawn Truett was born on October 31, 1974, in London, Kentucky and departed this life on April 29, 2025, he was 50 years old. He is the son of Linda (Vickers) Truett and the late Carlos Truett.

In addition to his mother, Shawn is survived by his children, Halley Truett and Tristian Truett. He was blessed with four grandchildren, McKenleigh Jones, Hendrix Bowles, Kreedence Bowles and Onnyx Truett. As well as a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral Services for Shawn will be held at 2 P.M. on Friday, May 2, 2025, at the Lakes Funeral Home in McKee with Bro. Brian Gabbard presiding. Burial will follow at the Truett Cemetery in Gray Hawk. A visitation will begin at 12 Noon at the Lakes Funeral Home Chapel. www.lakesfuneralhomemckee.com Lakes Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers include, Clint Miller, Shane Vickers, Chase Farmer, Brian Miller, William Truett, Steven Truett, Jayden Baldwin and Quante Harmon. Honorary Pallbearers Donnie Madden Jason Baldwin, Jeff Baldwin, Louie Marks, Tim Hayes and Jon Bowles. Honorary pallbearers will be Kolben Vickers and Korey Vickers.
