Chester Rose Obituary

Chester Rose of Richmond was born on November 18, 1955, and departed this life on Friday, May 5, 2025, at the Baptist Health Hospital in Richmond, he was 69 years old. He is the son of the late Floyd and Flossie (Miller) Rose.

Chester is survived by his son Gary Rose of Georgetown, and he blessed with two grandchildren. As well as his nieces Lisa Rose Beverly Hisel and nephews Jeffrey Marlowe Rose, Kevin Rose and Ronnie Zanky.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by son, Bobby Lee Rose, and his siblings Marlowe Rose, Burlin Rose and Ola Mae Jefferies.

Funeral Services for Chester will be held at 1 P.M on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, with Bro. Orvel Hisel officiating. Burial will follow in the Gentry-Rose Cemetery.
