KSP Investigating Fatal Accident Near Hodgenville

A crash in LaRue County claimed the life of a 17-year-old and left three others injured.

Kentucky State Police responded to a call at around 12:20 p.m. on Saturday, June 14, of a single-vehicle collision near the 9000 block of KY-210 east of Hodgenville.

Preliminary investigation revealed a 17-year-old from Campbellsville was driving a 2012 Infiniti eastbound on KY-210 when the vehicle exited the roadway and struck a guardrail, causing it to overturn multiple times. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. An adult and two children passengers were taken to Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville for treatment and are expected to survive.

The crash is still under investigation.
