Denny Dale Cunagin Obituary

Denny Dale Cunagin was born June 21, 1851, in Clay County and departed this life Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at the St. Joseph Hospital in London at the age 72. He was the son of the late William Able & Kathleen (Hurst) Cunagin.

Denny is survived by his wife, Jo Ann Cunagin of London and by two children, Denny Wayne Cunagin of London and Michelle Cunagin Reedy of Berea. He was blessed with six grandchildren, Josh Mason Cunagin, Jade Cunagin, Olivie Cunagin, Tate Cunagin, Louis Peyton Reedy and Addison Cunagin and by five great-grandchildren, Aspen, Allie, Aubrey, Lucas & Aubree.

In addition to his parents, Denny is also preceded in death by his brother, Larry Wayne Cunagin.

Denny was a member of the Liberty Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, October 21, 2023 at Lakes Funeral Home with Bro. James Muncy conducting the service. Burial will follow in the Hurst & Wilson Cemetery. Pallbearers were Jimmy Hurst, Denny Wayne Cunagin, Josh Mason Cunagin, Eddie Stepp, Donald Ray Hurst and Donald Keith Hurst.
