2023 PRTC Basketball Classic Preview

Once again showing their dedication and commitment to the Jackson County community, PRTC will be sponsoring the 2023 PRTC Basketball Classic at the beginning of December. The event has gained a reputation of showcasing some of the best high school teams in the state of Kentucky. This not only provides an opportunity for the basketball fans in Jackson County to see some of the best basketball possible, it gives the JCHS coaches and players a chance to test themselves early in the season. This can prove to be invaluable as the season progresses and the level of competitive spirit ramps up toward the postseason. In addition, the event provides an opportunity for concession sells that help fund extracurricular activities such as basketball.

Below is the schedule for the 2023 PRTC Basketball Classic:

DECEMBER 1ST

6:30 PM - Jackson County vs Harlan County (Boys)

8:15 PM - Jackson County vs Boyd County (Girls)

DECEMBER 2ND

4:00 PM - Jackson County vs Lee County (Boys)

6:00 PM - Owsley County vs Boyd County (Girls)

8:00 PM - Madison Southern vs Boyd County (Boys)

Join your friends, families, and community at the Jackson County High School for five great high school basketball games. The games will also be streamed live on PRTC TV's Facebook page and YouTube channel.
