Bridge Inspection Scheduled for KY 89 in Jackson County at the Rockcastle County line on Wednesday, June 24

MANCHESTER, Ky. (June 22, 2026) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet advises motorists that a bridge inspection will take place on KY 89 in Jackson County at the Rockcastle County line (mile point 0.01) on Wednesday, June 24.

The bridge will be closed from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Motorists are advised to use caution during this period and be aware of signage, road crews and other drivers. The work is dependent on weather conditions.
