On Wednesday, I met with Kentucky members of the Rural Broadband Association in my Washington office. I specifically applauded their rural broadband expansion efforts in Eastern Kentucky.
Two of the co-ops from our region included:
Keith Gabbard from Peoples Rural Telephone Cooperative (PRTC) in McKee, and Quentin Murphy and Ricky Pennington from Mountain Rural Telephone in West Liberty.
