Don Collett was born February 28, 1956 in Red Bird, KY and departed this life Friday, November 1, 2024 at the Jackson Manor Nursing Home in Annville at the age of 68. He was the son of Edith (Smith) Collett of Annville, KY and the late Roy Collett.
Don is survived by two daughters, Edith Michelle (Shawn) Hensley of Pineville, KY and Christi Sizemore of Manchester, KY. He is also survived by two sisters, Rita (Lynn) Hatfield of Annville, KY and Lisa (Bill) Anderson of Annville, KY. He was blessed with 10 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and 2 more on the way.
In addition to his father, Don was preceded in death by his son, Don Roy Collett.
Don was a member of the Annville Methodist Church.
Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM Monday, November 4, 2024, at Lakes Funeral Home’s Bradshaw Chapel with Bro. John Anderson officiating. Visitation will begin at 1PM Monday. Lakes Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. www.lakesfuneralhomemckee.com
