Doris Ann Jones was born on February 3, 1949 in Ironton, Ohio and passed away Tuesday May 14, 2024 being 75 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Albert and Anna Moore.
She is survived by her children; a son, David Jones and his wife Sherry of McKee also her daughter, Maggie Farra and her husband Robert of Annville, KY. She was blessed with six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Doris is also survived by five sisters; Evelyn Jones, Mary Charter, Avis Willing, Dorothy Collins and Faye Ridgeway.
In addition to her parents, Doris was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Ovie Jones and by three sisters, Mable Lang, Jean Webb and Helen Stapleton.
Funeral services for Doris will be held at 1 P.M. on Friday, May 17, 2024 with Bro. Brian Gabbard officiating. Burial will follow in the Red Hill Cemetery, located in Rockcastle County. Lakes Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. www.lakesfuneralhomemckee.com
