Henrietta Parrett Andrew passed away peacefully on February 24, 2026, at
Compassionate Care in Richmond, KY, surrounded by her loving family. Henrietta was a
woman of deep faith and boundless love. She loved Jesus more than anything, and her
life reflected that devotion every single day.
She was born November 21st, 1939, in Jackson County, KY, to the late Henry Parrett
and Mary Vaughn Parrett. Henrietta was a retired bookeeper for the family businesses
for 34 years, with the last 10 working with her husband Bruce at Midway grocery in
Berea.
In her retirement, Henrietta enjoyed spending time with her ever-growing family and her
Church Family. Henrietta is survived by four children; Greg, Jerry (Shirley), Pamela
(David), and Rhonda (David); Seven grandchildren; Amber Nichole (Angel), Brittney
(Andrew), Aaron (Stephanie), Austin (Kaylie), Brooke (Zachary), Alex, Adam, and 8
great- grandchildren; Logan, Larkyn, Bryson, Morgan, Boston, Lucy, Beckham, Baylon,
and 2 and 2 more on the way.
In addition to her parents, Henrietta was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years,
Bruce Andrew, two sisters who died in childhood, Beulah and Eula Parrett, three
brothers, David Parrett, Dillard Parrett, and Roy Parrett. Funeral services will be at 1
pm, Sunday, March 1, 2026, at the Crestview Holy Sanctuary in Berea with Pastor Mark
Adams officiating. Visitation will be Saturday evening from 6-9 pm at the church.

A private burial will be held with family on Monday, March 2, 2026, at Madison Memorial
Gardens in Richmond, KY.
Pallbearers for the ceremony will be her grandchildren, Aaron Andrew, Austin Andrew,
Alex Andrew, Adam Andrew, Andrew Jones, and Zachary Brisbay
Honorary Pallbearers will be David D Parrett, Wendell Parrett, Jeff Parrett, Tony Parrett,
Roger Parrett, Dale Andrew, and Tim Andrew.
A special blessing to Diana Pence who helped us care for our mother in her last few
months.
