The Jackson County Sheriff's Office reached out to the public to urge preparation for the upcoming weather and to let everyone know that they will be ready to provide assistance if necessary.
Sheriff Isaacs reported on the Sheriff's Office social media page:
"With the harsh weather scheduled to move in this week, we urge the public to remain weather aware and to take preventative actions.
Bitter cold and potentially heavy snowfall is scheduled to hit most of Kentucky this week, and being prepared will pay off.
If you or a loved one need anything at any time, please reach out.
