Linda Sue Fields was born to the late Ernest and Ellen (Roberts) Ball on June 10, 1949, in Laurel County, Kentucky. She departed this life February 15, 2026, at the Bluegrass Hospice Care in Lexington, she was 76 years old.
She is survived by her children, Sherry (Jeff) Lakes and Steve (Lori) Tincher Jr., both of McKee. Her grandchildren, Trevor (Amanda) Lakes, Jarrod (Julia) Lakes, Kayla (Noah) Crabtree and Knox Tincher, as well as her great grandchildren Riley Lakes and Kate Lakes. Her siblings; Freddy Ball and Imogene Tyree.
In addition to her parents Linda was preceded in death by a brother Ernest Ball Jr, and a sister Lucy Neeley.
Linda was of the Holiness Faith.
Funeral Services will be held at 1 P.M. on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at the Lakes Funeral Home with Bro. Noah Crabtree officiating. Burial will follow in the Tincher-Peters Cemetery. Pallbearers include Steve Tincher Jr., Jeff Lakes, Trevor Lakes and Noah Crabtree. Honorary Pallbearers, Jarrod Lakes and Knox Tincher.
