London Woman Charged with Flagrant Nonsupport Fails to Appear in Court for Second Time

Posted

Katrina Hall, 34, of London, KY was scheduled to appear in District Court before Judge Allen B. Roberts for a preliminary hearing in Case #25-F-00116 involving alleged flagrant nonsupport.

However, she failed to appear for the hearing and Judge Roberts subsequently issued a warrant for arrest. Judge Roberts established bail at $1,000 cash.

This was the second court hearing in this specific case (25-F-00116), where Hall failed to appear. She was scheduled to appear before Judge Allen B. Roberts in District Court for arraignment on Monday, October 27, 2025 in this same case (Case #25-F-00116).
Hall failed to appear at the arraignment hearing and Judge Roberts subsequently issued a bench warrant for her arrest with a $500 cash bond.

Hall was initially arrested on October 04, 2025 by Officer G. Bisschop at the Cumberland Falls State Resort Park while executing Jackson County Complaint Warrant #E05510005021595.

Jackson County Attorney Ross Murray obtained the complaint warrant on July 18, 2025. In the complaint warrant, the County Attorney alleges that Hall unlawfully violated KRS 530.050 (2) (a) Flagrant Nonsupport, in that she persistently failed to provide support which she could reasonably provide and which she knew she had a duty to provide by virtue of a court or administrative order.

The said failure to provide support has allegedly resulted in an arrearage of child support of more than two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500). Child support was ordered by the Jackson Family Court beginning on October 01, 2018 in the amount of $298.50 per month. Hall allegedly became $2,686.50 delinquent on September 01, 2019.

As in all cases at this stage of adjudication, the charges are allegations and the defendant is presumed innocent until provided due process and determined to be guilty by the court.
