Throughout the course of this investigation property damage was observed on account of both the victim’s four wheeler, and neighboring residents’ of the areas mailbox.
Edward Gray was transported to and lodged in the Jackson County Detention Center on the charges of: Assault 1st Degree, Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree, Leaving the Scene of an Accident (failure to render aid/assist with death or serious physical injury), Reckless Driving, Following Another Vehicle Too Closely, and 2x Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree.
Deputy Baldwin was assisted at the scene by Jackson County EMS, and the Sand Gap Volunteer Fire Department.
