Otis Wayne Roark, 81, of Annville, passed away Sunday, August 2, 2026, at Saint Joseph Hospital in London. He was born April 3, 1945 in Whitley County, Kentucky to the late Francis Day.
He is survived by his children Otis Anthony Roark, Stacey Roark of Tennessee, Troy Roark of Manchester and Regina (Randy) Smith of Annville. His siblings Frankie Day, Gilbert Day both of Manchester Rita West and Barbara Day both of Indiana. Otis was blessed with fifteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a son John Roark and a brother Charlie Ricket.
Funeral Services for Otis will be held at 2 P.M. Saturday, August 8, 2026 with Bro. Robert Turbyfill presiding.
