Shirley (Johnson) Brewer was born September 8, 1946, in Taylorsville, KY and departed this life Friday, May 24, 2024, at the Butler & Warren Hospice in Franklin, Ohio at the age of 77. She was the daughter of the late Carl & Pauline (Webb) Johnson.
Shirley is survived by three children, James Lambert Jr., Ramona (Mark) Houston and Maragret (Raymond) Ball. She is also survived by the following siblings, Charles David Johnson, Junior Tackett, Sammy Webb, Pat Dunn, Debbie Tackett, Marie Chavez. She blessed with 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grand-children and also by Kevin Mefford who she also loved like a son.
In addition to her parents, Shirley was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Claybourne Brewer; by her grandson, Nathan Carl Lambert and by a sister, Wanda Tackett.
Funeral services for Shirley Brewer will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at Bond Holiness Church with Bro. Kevin Lloyd, Bro. Tyler Combs, and Bro. Rick Combs conducting the service. Burial will follow in the Seven Pines Cemetery.
