Virginia Francis Haley was born November 10, 1935 in Jackson County, Kentucky and departed this life August 2, 2024 at Baptist Health Hospital in Richmond, Kentucky being 88 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Zackery M. and Maude Bingham Ward.
In addition to her parents was proceeded in death by her husband Roy Charles Haley and her siblings; Lendon, Marvin, Claude and David Ward, Bonnie Sandlin, Virgie Baker, Effie Spurlock, Flonnie Tannehill and Margie Lococo.
She was a member of the White Hall Baptist Church.
Graveside services for Virginia Frances Haley will be 2:00 P.M. Monday August 5, 2024 at the Bingham Cemetery in Tyner, Kentucky with Bro. Tim Johnson officiating with burial in the Bingham Cemetery.
