Cosetta Taylor Metcalf Davidson Obituary

Cosetta Taylor Metcalf Davidson was born on March 21, 1936, in Owsley County and departed this life on Thursday, August 15, 2024 being 88 years of age.  She is the daughter of the late Burt and Fannie (Bishop) Taylor.

She is survived by the following children; Charles James (Tomya) Metcalf of West Harrison, Ohio, Cassie Ann (Michael) Callahan of Sunman, IN, Charlette Rose Ingle-McCarter of Greensburg, IN, Corrina Sue (Gary) Randolph of Manchester, Carolyn Elizabeth (Brian) Cox, Batavia, OH, Cynthia Tia (Will) Dryer of Greensburg, IN, Cristal Maria (Jim) Roell of Wallingford, KY. Her brothers; William David Taylor of Independence, KY, Wiley Taylor of Texas, Henry Taylor of Batavia, OH, Everrett Taylor of Alexander, KY and Bobby Taylor of Independence, KY her sisters; Mary Jane Mace of Newport, KY and Bonnie Sue Robb of Falmouth, KY. Cosetta was blessed with 35 grandchildren, 75 great grandchildren and three great great. grandchildren.

In addition to her parents Cosetta was proceeded in death by her husbands Charlie Roscoe Metcalf, Thomas Davidson and Willie Davidson; two son in laws Michael Ingles and Patrick McCarter; a step daughter Brenda Acey and two sisters, Laverne Smith and Barbara Ann Bear. As well as her great grandchildren Josiah McMullen, Anna Marie McMullen and Baby David Bennett.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Cosetta Davidson will be held on Sunday, August 18, 2024 at 12 Noon at the Lakes Funeral Home in McKee with Bro. Jim Perine officiating. Burial will follow at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Clay County. Visitation will begin at 10 A.M at the Lakes Funeral Home.

Pallbearers include: Brian Metcalf, Wyonna Metcalf, Jimmy Metcalf, Dalton Hensley, Ryan Metcalf, Matthew Bennett and Gary Bennett
