Boys Middle School basketball is in full swing for the 2024-25 season. So far this season, the 6[th] grade won their first game of the season Thursday night, Nov. 7, against Middlesboro by 1 point, and currently have a record of 1-0. They were down by double digits going into the second half and managed to buckle down on defense and make some good offensive plays to come out on top at the end.
The 7th grade made their record 3-1 Thursday night with a win over Middlesboro. They play hard, make good stops on defense, and do well on offense with some players with a great percentage behind the three point line.
The 8th grade extended out to 2-0 with a win over Middlesboro Thursday night as well. They play hard as well and are excellent on defense, as well as offense, with several players shooting well behind the three-point line. All three teams give it their all in practice and games and have a deep-rooted love for basketball. We're proud of all our teams and can't wait to continue to watch them succeed both on the court and off. Come out and support your JCMS Generals basketball teams this season!
