Public Notice for Bids

Jackson County Fiscal Court is now accepting bids on Bituminous Hot

Mix for FY 2024-2025. Binder Class 1, Surface Class 1. Bids for patching,

laid in place and plant pickup prices should be included and detailed

individually. Tonnage laid is subject to inspection prior to payment.

Also, stone, of all sizes, prices for pickup at Quarry should be included.

Bids will be accepted until 12:30 p.m. on Thursday June 20, 2024. All

bids will be opened, read and will then be reviewed by the Jackson

County Fiscal Court on Thursday June 20, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at a regular

called meeting followed by a decision to accept or reject bids.

Jackson County Fiscal reserves the right to refuse any or all bids.

Bids should be marked “sealed bids” and mailed or delivered to County
